We provide Relocation services for companies, their employees or individuals who are relocating from one area to another. The move can be within one state or between different countries. Such services are extremely valuable to both the firm and the individual as it allows the employee to focus on the new job while a team of professional relocation specialists deals with the details of the move.

Such services include full real estate assistance, whether moving to Marin County and finding the perfect home, or leaving the Bay area and selling your existing property. We will assist in either situation. If leaving the area, we will refer you to a knowledgeable Realtor in the destination location to assist in purchasing a new home. If selling, we can assist in the preparation and marketing of your existing home to get it sold. Realtors will also aid transferees in finding temporary housing until a new home can be purchased.

Separately, the transferee is provided referrals to leading mortgage lenders, so that a loan can be approved before the move takes place. Once the perfect property is found, the lender only requires an appraisal and the preliminary documentation for final approval.

In addition, the transferee is introduced to representatives of local moving companies to coordinate the physical move of their personal effects. Our service provides such contacts to Mayflower, United, North American, and Paul Arpins. Once the contact is arranged, a representative from the mover makes direct contact with the individual to arrange the details of the move.
